SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the United States from our warehouse located in California. Shipping and handling costs depend on several factors including the size and weight of the item, and where the order is being sent. Your total shipping and handling fee will be identified prior to final check out.

Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days to process (sorry, no delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO). Our preferred carriers are FedEx for domestic/Canada and USPS for international.
Shipping fee for international orders does not include custom duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer receiving the product.

All outgoing shipments will include a tracking number that will be included in the automated email you receive upon shipment. If you do not receive this tracking number, please contact us at support@us.too.com and we will provide you with the number.

 

PREORDER POLICY

Preorders are items that have not yet been released. Preorders will be charged day-of-order, meaning the order must be paid for up-front. Customers can cancel a preorder anytime as long as the item has not yet shipped. Customers will receive two notifications: one upon making the preorder and completing payment, and a second when their item ships.

If a preorder item is purchased alongside in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship first, and the preorder will ship on its expected release date. This date can change due to supply issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

All purchases have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Returns require the following:

  • your order number

  • your receipt or proof of purchase

  • photos of the product, if defective

  • your shipping address

 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final, except in the case of defective merchandise. To receive an exchange, you must return the item at your cost, and provide your receipt and photos of the defective item. Upon receipt of your defective item you will receive a notification, and we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

 

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY

To receive a replacement, please provide the following:

  • your order number

  • your receipt or proof of purchase

  • photos of the product, if defective

  • your shipping address


Replacements will be shipped out in 2-4 weeks from date of approval, at our cost.
