Copic® Marker Consumer Guarantee
Too Corporation Americas (TCA) is the exclusive distributor of Copic® markers in North America. At TCA, we stand behind our products and quality controls. Therefore, we offer you our Consumer Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Copic product you purchased directly from our website or from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a replacement product within 180 days of purchase by using the procedure outlined below.
How to Request a Replacement Under the Consumer Guarantee
To submit a Consumer Guarantee request for replacement, please email the following information with proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org for review:
- Phone Number
- Store purchased from
- Date purchased
- Products purchased including color code, EAN/UPC, product line
- Reason for return
If your request is approved, you will receive a Consumer Guarantee approval confirmation number. You will then need to mail within 30 days your product, proof of purchase, completed Satisfaction Guarantee form and Consumer Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

Consumer Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- Too Corporation Americas (TCA) will replace, free of charge, any Copic product purchased by an Eligible Consumer if the consumer (a) is not satisfied for any reason with the product and (b) within 180 days of purchase of the product, follows the procedure set forth above to obtain a Consumer Guarantee approval confirmation number, and (c) sends, at the consumer’s own expense and within 30 days of obtaining a Consumer Guarantee approval confirmation number, the product, proof of purchase, completed Satisfaction Guarantee form and Consumer Guarantee approval confirmation number to: Too Corporation Americas, 1111 Broadway, 3rd Floor, Oakland, CA 94607, Attn: Product Claims.
An “Eligible Consumer” is the original purchaser of a Copic product in North America, purchased for personal use (and not resale purposes), provided the consumer purchases directly from TCA or an authorized seller of Copic products. The list of authorized North American sellers of Copic products is available at https://copic.too.com/pages/retailers
- The Eligible Consumer is solely responsible for all costs incurred in mailing the product and proof of purchase to TCA. Once the full set of required items is received by TCA, TCA will send a replacement product to the Eligible Consumer. TCA estimates that the Eligible Consumer should receive the replacement product 2-4 weeks from TCA’s receipt of the returned product and other required items.
- TCA reserves the right to verify all information.
- TCA may deny an Eligible Consumer’s Consumer Guarantee request if, in TCA’s sole discretion, it determines that an Eligible Consumer has abused the Consumer Guarantee program.
